Service Description
In this beginner pole flow class we will learn to stitch everything together. From twists to turns, spins, swoops and so much more. Learn to move seamlessly and melt around the pole. Heels are suggested but not required and knee pads are recommended. This class is all about perfecting your technique.

Cancellation Policy
Classes require a minimum number of students in order to run. Classes without enough enrollments may be cancelled or combined. Refunds are not available after purchase. Request for refund due to medical reasons is granted (class/camp fee less an administrative fee). Late enrollments will incur an added administrative fee.
