Service Description
10 classes | 90 minutes | Saturdays 9:00-10:30am The emphasis of REC classes is fun while learning the foundations of Aerials and AcroDance. This is a recreational class for Aerial Hammock and Silks training, and AcroDance. Proper technique and progressions are taught to safely learn how to climb, wrap and perform skills on aerial hammock and eventually silks, as students develop the grace, strength and endurance to grow as a performer and athlete. AcroDance is a combination of foundational techniques in strength, flexibility, tumbling, balancing and dance movement. September 20 to November 29 + Recital December 6 $400+hst includes recital costume rental

No refund after purchase. Summer classes will not have any replacement or rescheduling available. Classes require a minimum enrolment in order to run, otherwise the schedule and classes may be subject to change.
