12 classes | 60 minutes | Fridays 5:00-6:00pm An hour of aerial hammock and silks training. Proper technique and progressions are taught to safely learn how to climb, wrap and perform skills on aerial hammock and silks, and develop the grace, strength and endurance to grow as a performer and athlete. September 13 to December 15 (recital) $325+hst includes recital costume rental
