Service Description
3 classes | 2 hours each | 5:00-7:00pm 2025 July 17, 24, 31 Intermediate/Experience (1 year or more experience) *Must be able to climb, invert, foot lock. Proper technique and progressions are taught to safely learn how to climb, wrap and perform skills on aerial hammock and silks, and develop the grace, strength and endurance to grow as a performer and athlete. This class includes 1 hour hammock/silks + 1 hour acro.
