Service Description
9 classes | 90 minutes | Tuesdays 5:30-7:00pm The emphasis of REC classes is fun while learning the foundations of Aerials and AcroDance. This is a recreational class for Aerial Hoop and Dance Trapeze training, and AcroDance. Proper technique and progressions are taught to safely learn how to hang, balance, spin and perform skills on aerial hoop (Lyra) and dance trapeze (not flying!) as students develop the grace, strength and endurance to grow as a performer and athlete. AcroDance is a combination of foundational techniques in strength, flexibility, tumbling, balancing and dance movement. January 8 to March 5 + Recital March 7 $362.50+hst (includes recital costume rental)

Cancellation Policy
Classes require a minimum number of students in order to run. Classes without enough enrollments may be cancelled or combined. Refunds are not available after purchase. It may be possible to move classes or hold credit for future use. Request for refund due to medical reasons is granted (class/camp fee less an administrative fee). Late enrollments will incur an added administrative fee.
