The Academy's programs are designed to promote excellence in our students acrobatic ability in the air and on the ground, with safety being our number one priority...number two is FUN!

Tiny Age 3-4 

Mini Age 5-6

Aerial / Acro & Tumbling / Dance & Circus

Aerial includes primarily the Hammock (a single loop of fabric suspended from a single point), and focuses to develop and play with motor skills and spatial orientation. Acrobatics will involve AcroDance, Circus Arts (fundamentals of juggling and/or hula hoop, ribboning, etc.) and Tumbling technique. Students will explore how to start their strength and flexibility training; teaching technique geared toward the younger age mentality, and of course always including a lot of fun!

Price includes recital costume rental fee for end of session recital.

Junior Classes

Junior Age 7-10

Silks/Hammock

Aerial Silks/Hammock develops technique, strength and flexibility, while focusing on upper body strength on our fabric apparatuses; silks (two long tails of fabric suspended from a single point) and hammock (one loop of fabric suspended from a single point).  Acrobatics will involve AcroDance, Circus Arts, and Tumbling technique. 

Hoop/Trapeze 

Aerial Hoop/Dance Trapeze (not flying trapeze) develops technique, strength and flexibility, while focusing on the endurance of the body on a solid apparatus; hoop (hollow metal circle) and dance trapeze (one metal bar suspended on a single point with two thick ropes on either end).  

Price includes recital costume rental fee for end of session recital.

Intermediate & Teen Classes

Intermediate age 11-13

Teen age 14-17

Including the same disciplines as the Junior Combos, the Intermediate & Teen Classes keep developing their corresponding skills, but also start engaging with their creative understanding of musicality, higher level skills, newer apparatuses, and more elaborate transitions in performance while onstage.
