Aerial / Acro 45 min

A class blend of syllabus work from acrobatic arts and aerial arts. Following a progressive teaching approach students will be guided through skills safely with structure and choreography.

Dance Combo 30 min

A class offering different styles of dance following jazz, tap, lyrical, creative movement and choreography work. 

Circus / Tumble 45 min

A class blend of tumbling using our tumbling track and crash mats, tight rope walking, juggling, character work, hula hooping, weggsphere and a whole lot of fun!

Junior age 7-10

Monday (5:00-7:00)

Junior 1: Silks/Hammock 45, Acro Tech 45, Ballet 30 

Friday (5:15-7:00)

Junior 2: Hoop/Trapeze 45, Dance Combo 45, Tumbling 30 

Saturday (10:30-12:00)

Junior 3: Silks/Hammock 45, Ballet 30, Circus Combo 30 

Silks/Hammock 45 min

Aerial silks and hammock are hung from an engineer certified professionally installed rigging point with a crash mat underneath. Students will focus on building strength in climbing, hanging endurance and follow a progressive syllabus with aerial arts to work on new skills.

Acro Tech 45 min

Following the acrobatic arts syllabus students will be guided through a level that best suits them working on balance, flexibility, limbering, across the floor acro, and strength.

Tumbling 30 min

Using all of our equipment in our zone 3 gym space our tumble track, mini trampoline, crash mats and roll out mats will be there to support their joints to progressively learn powerful skills leading up to aerials and back handsprings.

Hoop/Trapeze 45 min

An aerial arts classes working on a circle aerial hoop and a trapeze. Both are hung from an engineer certified professionally installed rigging point with a crash mat underneath. Students will grow progressively following the aerial arts syllabus and move through levels when ready.

Ballet 30 min

Following the classical ballet technique we will be using this class to focus on proper alignment, technique, posture and overall confidence in our students. 

Circus Combo 30 min

A class working on all techniques to enhance our students circus abilities.  Juggling, diabolo, rola-bola, tight rope walking, hula hooping, unicycle, character play and poi!

Weggsphere 30 min

A ground hoop apparatus designed by our director, Meaghan Wegg gives us a creative way to work on an aerial hoop while spinning on the ground. This class will teach skills, sequences, transitions and choreography work.
