Recreational Classes

Welcome to Our Recreational Classes!

Explore aerial silks, hammocks, hoop, trapeze, acro, tumbling, and circus arts in a fun, supportive environment. Classes for all skill levels focus on technique, strength, flexibility, and confidence.

Aerial Hammock & Silks

Aerial Hammock & Silks class develop technique, strength and flexibility, while focusing on upper body strength on our fabric apparatuses.  

 

Silks are two long tails of fabric suspended from a single point and the Hammock is one loop of fabric suspended from a single point. 

Classes are offered at Junior, Intermediate and Teen age divisions, and are for beginner through more experienced aerialists.

Hoop & Trapeze

Aerial Hoop & Trapeze develop technique, strength and flexibility, while focusing on the endurance of the body on a solid apparatus.

 

The Hoop is metal circle suspended from a single point, and the Dance Trapeze is a metal bar with ropes either end suspended from a single point.  

Classes are offered at Junior, Intermediate and Teen age divisions, and are for beginner through more experienced aerialists.

Acro & Tumbling

Acro and Tumbling develop technique, strength, flexibility and balance.  Splits, bridges, cartwheels, handstands, walkovers, and more!

Skills are taught through focusing on safe technique and progression in alignment with the curriculum as set by Acrobatic Arts.

Classes are offered at Junior, Intermediate and Teen age divisions, and are for beginner through more experienced skill levels.

Circus Arts

Circus Arts develops skills in juggling, hula hoop, roller skating, poi, rola bola, stilts, ribbons, plate spinning, and other circus apparatuses, as well as creative movement and character development. Confidence building and creativity are goals in this class.  A fundamental class for developing performance skills.  

​Classes are offered at Junior, Intermediate and Teen age divisions, and are for beginner through more experienced aerialists.
