Service Description

13 classes | 90 minutes | Thursdays 5:30-7:00pm The emphasis of REC classes is fun while learning the foundations of Aerials and AcroDance. This is a recreational class for Aerial Hammock and Silks training, and AcroDance. Proper technique and progressions are taught to safely learn how to climb, wrap and perform skills on aerial hammock and eventually silks, as students develop the grace, strength and endurance to grow as a performer and athlete. AcroDance is a combination of foundational techniques in strength, flexibility, tumbling, balancing and dance movement. Fall Session: September 17, 24. October 1, 8, 15, 22, 29. November 5, 12, 19, 26. December 3, 10. Recital: December 12 -- At The Academy. Tickets must be purchased. $532.00+hst (includes recital costume rental)
