REC Aerial & Acro Program – Recreational Excellence with Purpose 7 classes | 90 minutes | Saturdays 9:00-10:30am Fun. Focused. Foundational. Fun, energetic classes in Aerial Hammock, Silks, and AcroDance—perfect for recreational students who want to move, build strength, and try something exciting in a positive, supportive environment. What to Expect Aerial Hammock & Intro to Silks: Students learn the basics of climbing, wrapping, and simple skills at a comfortable pace. As confidence grows, they may explore silks while building strength, flexibility, and coordination. AcroDance: A dynamic mix of tumbling, balancing, limbering, and strength work that keeps classes engaging and helps students become strong, confident movers. Our Focus • Safe, age-appropriate progressions • Encouraging instruction • Fitness, flexibility, and coordination • Building confidence while having fun Recital Experience: Each session concludes with a professionally presented recital for those who wish to participate—an opportunity to shine on stage and celebrate accomplishments.
